Terms and conditions
Outdoor/indoor setup
​
Please ensure your venue is easily accessible for transporting. We require a suitable flat surface for our cart. Access to power should is required. Indoor service same requirements.
Payment and booking
​
Non refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. Full payment is due 3 days prior to your event. Deposit will go towards full payment required. All pricing is subject to change without notice but will be honoured once a booking is confirmed.
Health and saftey
Our business complies with all the food saftey regulations and hygiene standards.
Media consent
​
We may take photos or videos at events to share on our social media or for promotional use. There may also be a live video streaming during the event. We will advise if video is streaming live, If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
Liability
Stacks are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the service unless due to negligence on our part. We are not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control. (eg: weather, road, closures, etc)
Allergy notice
Our food may contain, nuts, wheat, eggs and tree nuts.
Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. In the event of severe weather, illness or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking for an available date or refund where applicable.
