Outdoor/indoor setup
Please ensure your venue is easily accessible for our cart to be transported. We require a suitable flat surface for placement of cart. Access to power is required. Indoor service same requirements
Payment and booking
All prices listed on our website and quotes are in NZD unless otherwise stated. Non refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. Deposit will go towards full payment quoted. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. All pricing is subject to change without notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed. Payment details will be provided via invoice or booking confirmation.
Health and saftey
Our business complies with all food saftey regulations and hygiene standards in NZ 2025. If food standards change we will do our upmost to make changes too.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to event will receive full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of event will forfeit the deposit. In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstance, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking for an available suitable date or refund where applicable. No refunds for any unused pancakes.
Media consent
We may take photos and or videos at events to share on social media or for promotional use. We may also have a live video streaming during the event. If you preferred not to be photographed please let us know in advance.
Liabilty
Stacks are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that may occur during the service unless due to our negligence on our part. We are not responsible for delays or non performance resulting from circumstance beyond our control, (eg weather, road closures etc)
Allergy
Our food may cotain nuts, soy, wheat, eggs and tree nuts
Service fee
Additional service fee of $110 applies for all servings over 100+
